The Hegeler family may not have had computers or smartphones when they built their house in 1874, but that didn’t stop them from using new technologies of the day in their home!
On June 13th, join us on this FREE, kid-friendly, STEAM-focused tour as we explore the engineering feats of the Hegeler Carus Mansion, discuss the science of the family’s business, and learn what life was like before the internet.
The tour lasts about 1 hour and takes participants to the Main Level, Ground Level, and Gymnasium of the Mansion.
